Hi, my name is Dr. Taranto. I'm here to answer all of your questions about our well person profile.
What is a well person profile?
This is a very broad blood test, so it measures a number of different biomarkers up to 30 in the blood. The best way to think of this kind of test is a little bit like an MOT, but an MOT for your body. It's a deep dive looking at some of your vital organs and your body systems and seeing how they function. The great thing about this is the more you learn about your body, the more you can optimise your wellness. Once you have the blood test, you can follow up with one of our experts, take some of those insights and learnings and see how you can optimise your wellness through the advice that we can give you, and perhaps direct us to some of our products to help maximise your wellbeing.
What happens during a health check?
Your health check begins in store. You walk in and speak to one of our qualified to advise. These are experts in health and wellness. They can talk through your wellness needs and marry up the right blood tests for you. They'll then introduce you to our phlebotomist. A phlebotomist is a trained clinical technician. They're experts in taking blood, so don't be worried. They'll pick the right blood test. They'll accurately label the samples and make sure they get safely to our state-of-the-Art Laboratory. They'll pop up a nice plaster for you as well, 24 to 48 hours. After that, you'll get your results and we'll catch up again with our qualified with advice to give you the right advice.
