Menopause is a natural hormonal transition that every woman will experience. It's the end of our fertile years. It's when our periods stop and we move into the next phase of life, which can be both powerful and empowering. For so many,

So menopause doesn't start. Menopause itself is just one day. It's the very last day of our last period, and then it's the 12 months following that where we are free. So menopause itself is just that one day, and for many of us, we dunno when that day is unless we are tracking our menstrual cycle. So it's the day that we look at retrospectively. But on average, that very last day of your last period is around the age of 51.

What is a menopause coach?

So as a menopause coach, I help women to integrate menopause into their life. Menopause can be a tough time for many women. They can be raising teens, they can be achieving things in their work. They can be having struggles in their relationship. They can be caring for elderly parents. Just at a period of time when their hormones drop, they can feel like they're unravelling. So working with a menopause coach can help you to get some understanding of what's happening to you physically and mentally, and how you can push forward, work through those years, and ultimately have a mer menopause.
