The bank workers charity is the benevolent society for the banking community in the uk. Anybody who currently works for a bank or has worked for a bank and their immediate dependents are eligible for our services.

What vetting process have Bank Workers Charity partners' gone through?

So we use the term partners to describe the service providers that we use. So we use RELATE for counselling support for relationship support, and we have mental health service provider. And it's really important to us that we provide high quality, safe services for our users. So when we commission those services, we expect that counsellors are appropriately qualified and registered with their professional bodies. And we've got a whole range of diligence that we do on the companies that we commission to make sure that they've got the appropriate policies and processes in place to provide a safe service.
