What is coaching?

So the bare bones of coaching are that it's a forward thinking, talking process where you set goals and put next steps in place. But for me, the nuance is all around noise. So when you are stuck or feeling lost, you often find there's a lot of noise in your head, and friends and family will be telling you what they think you should do, and colleagues will also have an opinion. But actually what coaching does is it gets rid of all the noise and gives you a sense of clarity, focus, and direction.

What different types of coaching are there?

So there's lots of different types of coaching. There's coaching group coaching, team coaching. You can have coaching seminars and so you can have it online and you can have it face-to-face, all sorts of different ways to suit all sorts of different people.

How could coaching help me?

So coaching is all about finding your direction and your focus and finding out what you really want and how to get it. So if you're feeling stuck, lost, or dunno how to move forwards, coaching is for you.
