Who are you and what is your background?
Hi, I'm Dan Pell. I'm the general manager for Workday in UK and Ireland. I've been at Workday for almost a year now, coming up to my anniversary in April. I've been in the technology sector for about 25 years. Always in sales and marketing and general management roles, and I live in West London. I have two children, a wife and a cat.
Can you describe yourself in 3 words?
Well, there's a phrase that I like. So firstly, I'd say I'm very energetic, curious, and I don't take myself that seriously. I know that's not three words, but there's the kind of three buckets of description. But equally, when I did some psychometric testing and analysed in my demeanour and how I interact with people and the way I was described or way I want to interact with people is to be brief, be bright, and be gone.
