Who are you and what do you do?
Hi, I'm Vaishnavi, but you can call me V, I know that's quite a mouthful. So I'm a Formula One engineer. I moved to the UK to pursue my dream in Motorsport engineering, and I'm really glad I'm here now.
What is your background?
I come from Mumbai originally, from a huge family, and I moved to the UK alone to study for my master's in motor sport engineering. I'm currently working at Alpine F1, so that worked out perfectly for me.
Who is your all time favourite driver in F1?
This might be a bit of a controversial one, but I do really like Max Verstappen. A few of his qualifying laps give me goosebumps, and I've followed him since I've started watching F1, which was in 2018. So yeah, I really, really like Max Verstappen.
