Can you show mw a breathing exercise?
Okay. One of my favourite mindfulness exercises is noticing your breathing and noticing your body. So to do that, it's really simple. I just want you to take a nice deep breath all the way in and all the way out. All the way in, and all the way Out. One more, all the way in And all the way out. Now, just breathing normally like you normally do. Well done, and it's okay. If you get the giggles. Don't worry about it. You can also notice your body, so maybe you can notice your feet on the ground. You can even wiggle your toes. Maybe you can notice the weight of your legs right here, right now. Maybe even notice your hands, you tense them up and release. Maybe you can just feel your whole body right here, right now. Well done. Great job.
